What are test credits?
Test credits can be used to get responses to your tests. A single test credit gives you 50 responses. You can use multiple test credits in a single test (e.g. if you want 150 responses, you could use 3 test credits).How many responses do I get?
We recommend collecting at least 50 responses per variant per test. This means that if you have a plan that allows 1,000 responses per month, you can test and compare up to 20 thumbnail and title variants.Why isn't Thumblytics completely free?
We collect responses from real people and need to pay them for their time and efforts. To grow Thumblytics sustainably without compromising our service quality or exploiting our respondents, we need to charge a fee.What happens if I use up all of my subscription test credits for the month?
You can purchase additional credits to top up your account.How do I change plans?
To change plans, you will need to cancel your current plan and then subscribe to a new plan.What happens if I cancel my paid plan?
