Information is collected to facilitate the Services offered or for internal analysis relating to product improvements. 3. How Does THUMBLYTICS Comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act?
Only persons age 18 or older are authorized to create a THUMBLYTICS account. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
4. How Long Does THUMBLYTICS Retain Information Collected?
THUMBLYTICS will retain Subscriber data for a commercially reasonable time and as we deem necessary to provide our Services to our users. If you would like us to delete your registered account information, please contact us at email@example.com and we will respond in a reasonable time.
5. What is THUMBLYTICS’s Security Policy?
We have implemented reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, destruction or alteration in accordance with our Security Policy. However, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can ever by 100% secure.
THUMBLYTICS utilizes only PCI-DSS compliant third party payment processors to ensure the security of your personal information. Users should review Stripe’s Security Policy for more information on their security practices.
6. How Does THUMBLYTICS Respond to “Do Not Track” Signals?
“Do Not Track” is a feature enabled on some browsers that sends a signal to request that a web application disable its tracking or cross-Platform user tracking. At present, THUMBLYTICS does not respond to or alter its practices when a Do Not Track signal is received.
