Enhanced Copyright Tools in YouTube Studio

We are excited to bring you new copyright tools in YouTube Studio, aiming to streamline your content management process. Now, directly from your YouTube Studio Dashboard, you can effortlessly access details about your channel’s copyright strikes. No more digging around – the information you need is right at your fingertips. Plus, we’ve added a convenient ‘Trim’ feature for videos with a Content ID claim, allowing you to cut out the infringing portion and lift the claim swiftly. To help you keep a vigilant eye on your copyrighted content, use the newly implemented filter on the ‘videos’ page to easily spot videos affected by these issues.

Whether you’re looking to gauge growth or scrutinize engagement trends, this tool is designed to bolster your content strategy through tailored insights.

The Transition to the New YouTube Studio

Creator Studio Classic is sailing into the sunset as we set course for newer, optimized horizons with the new YouTube Studio interface. We’ve listened to your valuable feedback, and it’s driving the evolution of our platform. Stay tuned whilst we make the switch, enhancing your digital crafting space.

Stronger Stance Against Harassment

At YouTube, the safety and well-being of our creator and viewer communities are at the forefront of our priorities. We’ve taken robust steps to fortify our harassment policy, introducing clear-cut prohibitions against veiled or implied threats and barring content with orchestrated attacks based on protected attributes like ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation. While encouraging the free exchange of diverse opinions, our updated policy firmly cracks down on harassment, with penalties extending to YPP suspension or channel removal. Together, let’s foster a more respectful and inclusive online ecosystem.
